I hadn’t been to the dentist in a number of years, due to some circumstances (some involving anxiety about it), and finally decided it was time. My parents had been to Dr. Korol’s office before, so my mom referred me and took me in. She called and explained my feelings/nerves ahead of time.. I’ve been in twice already, for a new patient exam and a hygienist appointment and everyone has been LOVELY and kind, beyond accommodating, and could not have made the experience more comfortable. This is the first review I've ever written anywhere, but I just had to, especially after coming across a 1 star review and negative comments about Sarah, the receptionist.
My family have been patients of this dental office for 12 years and have not once found Sarah to be "off-putting." In fact, quite the opposite. She has the most kind and caring manner and yet she is professional and efficient. I have always been a very nervous dental patient and Sarah's warm greeting and genuine personal interest takes the edge off. In fact everyone in Doctor Korol's office has made it easier for me to visit a dentist.

Wow! A great experience! I've never seen so many smiling faces! Incredibly dilligent, friendly and informative! If you are looking for a place for your kiddos, as well as yourself, this is it!

Best dentistry experience ever. I had been afraid to go to the dentist for years. Now I’m (almost  ha!) happy to go in for appointments. Dr. Korol and her excellent team are compassionate and skilled; gentle and professional. The front desk experience is also five-star: Sarah is super-experienced and knowledgeable and has calmly and clearly answered many of my nervous questions over the past year as my teeth and I made the journey from chipped and cracked to shiny, bright and smooth. I originally went to see Dr. Jackie Korol when she was working in Edmonton. When she moved to Calgary I was so sad to see her go, however when I moved to Calgary a few years later I looked forward to being able to come back to her! Dr Jackie, Sarah and Carrie the hygienist are wonderful people. Sarah follows up personally to remind you of your appointments, and even takes care to let you know you’ve had a visit within the last six months - just in case you may not be covered. Dr Jackie and Carrie are so caring and kindly explain every single thing they’re doing and why, they show you the X-rays and include the patient in their own care and patiently answer any questions you may have. They also don’t recommend procedures if they’re not necessary. Having had a lot of personal dental care and dental trauma, I highly recommend this clinic for people wanting a gentle and professional approach.

This review is mostly based on my wife experiences with Dr. Korol and her staff. My wife has been here the last few years and had some dental work done. Usually after the dental work or teeth cleaning, she always give me positive feedback about the staff and the job they have done. Me and my wife have been to other dentist in Calgary, but it seems like my wife likes Dr. Korol and her staff.

As for myself, I just got my teeth cleaning. Sarah the receptionist was very helpful and is a lovely lady to converse with. One will understand what I mean by this when they interact with Sarah. Annette was my hygienist, she's very friendly and good at what she does as I barely felt any discomfort during my teeth cleaning session.

I was going to another dentist before this review, but going forward for my future dental needs, I'll be switching over to Dr. Korol and her staff.

Very pleased with my visit to Dr. Korol's office, not only was she amazing but so was her staff. She helped me deal with a pretty scary emergency with a tooth infection and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. It turned out better than I had hoped. Thank you!

After skipping dental visits for a period of time that has probably broken some world records, I decided to visit Dr. Korol. All I can say it's wow, I feel there should be a line up outside her office. All staff are so friendly and extremely accommodating.

Dr. Korol was more than wonderful with me, and I felt extremely comfortable. I did not get the scolding I was fearing , instead was treated so well.

There should be a higher star rating for certain businesses like this. Businesses that go far above and beyond to treat their customers so well. 5 stars is not enough. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Dr. Korol's office.

Dr Korol, Sarah and the entire team is nothing but absolute professionals yet human at the same time. I was cared for by Sarah as a family member, immediately after my wisdom teeth extractions. I took way too long to see a dentist for the usual reasons. I was fortunate to find Dr. Korol. She was excellent. Explained all the whats and whys. Her manner is kind and she is clearly skilled. She had all the proper gear to deal with mercury so I felt safe. The whole staff is welcoming, professional, and informative, such as Sarah and Bobbi. They made the paper work and dental work painless.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Korol and her staff. Dr. Korol is always pleasant, straightforward and professional. I have seen Dr. Korol and her staff for routine cleaning, some filling work (what was really helpful was to see before and after high resolution pictures of my teeth during that process), and most recently for Invisalign for my lower teeth. The Invisalign experience has gone really well for me. Sarah who assists in the front office is also lovely. Overall, this is a great dental office!

I have been a patient of Dr. Korol ever since she took over the dental practice in 2015. Dr. Korol shows a great interest in her patients and she takes time to understand their needs, based on which she provides excellent care, always with a smile on her face and projecting positive energy. I made the decision to change dentists this year. My former dentist was a nice and honest man but he did not share my philosophy of holistic approach to health and teeth. Dr. Korol listens, lays out the options and makes the effort to use the least invasive possibility. She is concerned about the health of the whole body that is affected by the mouth. I've only been going there for six months and am pleased with the care I've been given thus far. All of the office staff are helpful and pleasant. It is downtown Calgary but there are reserved parking spaces about a block away.

I have been to several dentists in three different provinces over the years. Dr. Korol is my favourite one of all. She has a happy and infectious personality and a big smile that lights up a room. What I appreciate most is Dr. Korol and the entire team's attention to detail and their patience (no pun intended) in educating and setting up a comprehensive treatment plan. I appreciate so much her patient-oriented approach and how she believes in natural and holistic methods first whenever possible. I also appreciate how her whole staff are so patient-oriented. The service and treatment I have gotten at Dr. Korol's practice has been nothing but well-organized, efficient, and with a smile. I am a happy patient!

My fiance and I have been seeing Dr. Korol and her awesome team for roughly a year now and we are very happy. Everyone in the office is competent and friendly. They show genuine interest in their patients and are always lovely to talk to. It's always nice to chat with Sarah at the front desk before and after appointments, she is very sweet.

My overall oral health has been excellent since initiating care with Dr. Korol. I've always had a healthy mouth, but when I brought up concerns regarding the straightness of my teeth, she walked me through my options and explained everything thoroughly. I ended up deciding to give Invisalign a go and it has been awesome. I highly recommend it.

I have had zero issues with any of the treatments I have received at Dr. Korol's office, she and her team are extremely knowledgeable and competent as I said previously.

Dr. Korol was friendly, patient and answered all of my questions. Dr. Korol handled my tooth sensitivity very well and offered warm water and to work slower to help with this issue. The office was timely and reminded me of upcoming appointments. My chipped front tooth was filled and the filling matches my tooth color perfectly. Overall my experience was excellent!

I have been a patient for the past few years, ever since Doctor Korol took over the practice, and I must say she's made a great improvement to the experience! Like everyone else I've never really "enjoyed" going to the dentist, until know. The service is great, they're always on time, they're extremely personable, they make you feel right at home and the work is exceptional. I had a cavity, followed by a root canal, followed by a crown an ongoing issue since 2012 that only Dr. Korol has been able to fix. Plus as a special offer before my wedding they gave me an exceptional rate for my teeth whitening. Can not recommend them enough!

Drove from Edmonton to Calgary just to have a check up and cleaning with Dr. Korol. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and gentle. Excellent staff and service. And free parking in downtown Calgary. See you again in 6 months.
